Ways to Redeem Your Points
Points can be redeemed via the Points & Rewards tab on your account page or directly through the Loyalty Reward Page.
You can use your points to redeem the following rewards:
Exclusive Discounts – Trade in points for money-off vouchers at checkout.
Free Products – Choose from a selection of reward items when you’ve saved enough points.

What You Need to Know
Points are earned on the net value of your order (excluding VAT and shipping)
Points do not expire, so you can save them up as long as you like
Vouchers redeemed with points expire after 6 months
The RockHard Royalty Program is open to all account holders automatically
