You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For items returned after 14 days, you will not receive store credit or a refund. We DO NOT accept returns on items after 60 days from the date of purchase. we will NOT accept returns on chemicals, polyurea, epoxy, pigments, and/or dyes.
Products can only be returned if they are unopened and in the original packaging. Any accessories that were included with the item must be returned with the product for a full refund. Items returned with obvious misuse, will not be credited. New products that have been modified or used can NOT be returned. A 15% restocking fee will apply on new equipment returns if approved by Xtreme Polishing Systems Europe. Xtreme Polishing Systems Europe DOES NOT accept returns on USED Equipment purchases.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Returns that are NOT received in like condition will NOT be accepted or returned. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) Xtreme Polishing Systems Europe will pay the return shipping costs.
Credit for returns is normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card or Paypal account is given online when the original order was placed.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
