Rockhard Quick Seal is a rapid-drying, solvent-based sealer formulated to repel water and protect a wide range of surfaces, including concrete, masonry, and stone. It creates a durable barrier against moisture and environmental wear, helping prevent damage from mould, dirt, alkali, freeze/thaw cycles, airborne dust, and accidental spills. Acetone-based dyes can be incorporated directly into the sealer, allowing you to stain and seal in a single step.
Primary Uses
This sealer is commonly applied to protect substrates from moisture intrusion, staining, dirt buildup, and mould growth. It is suitable for both natural and manufactured stone, masonry, and concrete surfaces. In addition, it can be used as a base layer beneath Rockhard Clear Coat T2000.

APPEARANCE: Clear liquid. Can be tinted with a concrete stain to achieve different colours.
COVERAGE: Coverage rates depend on the surface’s porosity, texture, and the type of applicator used. Typical coverage is between 45–55 sq. m. per gallon. For more precise information, refer to the product’s Technical Data Sheet.
STORAGE: Shelf life is up to 12 months in unopened containers. Store on pallets or shelving in a dry environment, away from high heat, freezing temperatures, or excessive moisture. Recommended storage temperature: 10 °C–27 °C.
MIXING: Product is pre-mixed and ready for immediate use—no dilution required.
TESTING / SAMPLE AREAS: Because site conditions vary, always apply test patches before full application. Sample approvals are especially important for large-scale projects, areas with heavy traffic, or when specific gloss levels or custom colours are required.
